This is the official system for completing required well registration as part of locally led efforts to manage groundwater under the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA).
In accordance with North Kings GSA’s new requirements under the Well Registration Policy NKGSA-2025-001, well owners must register their groundwater wells by November 30, 2025. Wells registered after the deadline will incur a late registration fee. This secure portal makes it easy to create an account, register your well, and revisit your information at any time.
